  16. Dunno about ftp or www site, and most modems are "autobauding" nowadays

  35. Most software terminals pick up from the manufacturers' default factory
  36. setup and may modify to suit the software writers' tastes.  That was the
  37. idea behind the at&f.  But that's since been superceeded by manufacturers
  38. themselves providing a best default for the PC - at&f (which is actually
  39. at&f&c1&d2)
